  • ¾ cup pineapple/green apple
  • 1 large size ripe banana
  • ½ ginger (peeled)
  • 1.5 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1.5 cups water/ non-dairy milk (such as coconut milk or water/ unsweetened almond milk/ oats milk)
